HALLOWEEN ZUMBA + ZUMBA GOLD
Halloween is always one of the highlights of our year! In 2025 I have FOUR Halloween themed classes for you to choose from.
ALL CLASSES ON THURSDAY 30TH OCTOBER (Zumba Gold 10:30am, Zumba Gold 6:30pm, Zumba 7:30pm)....
and FRIDAY 31ST OCTOBER (Zumba Gold 9:30am).
There is free rein on Halloween fancy dress this year, so think ghouls, zombies, witches or whatever else is up your spooky street! If you prefer no fancy dress that is also fine. Prize at each class for best costume.
Loads of fun Halloween tracks to dance to - I mix up the playlist every year so there is always something different to get your groove on to!

FABULOUS 40TH PARTY ...
My "FABULOUS 40TH" Birthday classes were so much fun - thanks for joining me! I hope you enjoyed the special songs, face gems for everyone, disco lights and quiz with prizes. Thanks for so many beautiful cards and gifts, I really appreciate it xxx
TRY ZUMBA FOR FREE IN OCTOBER!
This month I am celebrating exactly 15 years since I took my Zumba Instructor training. WOW! Where does the time go! Zumba truly changed my life and I love to share my passion for it with others.
That's why if you have never tried a Zumba with Katie class before you can try one for FREE in October!

BRAND NEW CLASS: LINE DANCING!
"Hats off" to all the lovely ladies who attended our first BEGINNERS LINE DANCING class. You did so well and it was a lovely atmosphere. Thank you for the positive feedback.
I will be filming some material to help us along a bit, so I'll get in touch with attendees when I've filmed.

OUTDOOR CLASSES - It's a wrap!
Thanks everyone who joined me during August in Gosforth Central Park for our special Ibiza Clubbercise and Zumba sessions.
It's been a blast running these Clubbercise and Zumba outdoor sessions.
Despite strong wind, a bit of drizzle, and of course sunshine we have managed to run ALL of the scheduled sessions without any cancellations!!
OUR FULL NORMAL INDOOR TIMETABLE RESUMES FROM NEXT MONDAY 1ST SEPTEMBER - So "Strictly Dance", "Clubbercise" and "Clubbercise: Combat + Tone" will all be back with a bang!
TROPICAL VIBES: Theme night June
Thanks to all the fabulous ladies who booked a ticket on the express jet to Zumba Island for our TROPICAL VIBES THEME NIGHT!
Everyone looked so cool in their bright colours, tropical prints, sunglasses etc!
Our playlist was full of totally tropical rhythms inlcuding Calypso, Samba, Sega, Salsa, Tropical beat and more!
Another super fun theme night with some lovely ladies.
Supporting Pride Month during June
FitMixx is a supporter of Pride Month and we will be celebrating with some fabulous Pride themed routines popping up in classes this month...will your favourite anthem make an appearance?

Easter Zumba Gold
Thanks everyone who joined me for a special Easter themed Zumba Gold session on Good Friday. Loved all the bunny ears! We had a boogie to some Easter/chocolate related songs which was good fun and the FitMix Easter bunny (yours truly) delivered some choccy treats!
International Women's Day Fundraiser!
Thanks everyone who supported this event with donating bottles, buying tickets to attend and raffle tickets - WE RAISED £532 FOR CHARITY!!! This brilliant and will be split between Breast Cancer Now and Newcastle Women's Aid.
The costumes were absolutely outstanding!! We had so much fun dancing to our girl power anthems and our strong women inspired quiz! We also had a bottle raffle.
Overall, an uplifting and inspiring evening. Who run the world?...GIRLS!

FizzMixx Friday
Lovely to see everyone outside of class who made it to our first social of 2025, Fizz Friday at the end of January! Lots of chatter and a great time had by all.
FitMixx Festive Week: 2024 it's a wrap!
Thank you everyone who joined me for FitMixx festive week - what a fun and special way to end the year! We had such a laugh, thank you for your efforts with costumes.
Classes are now finished for 2024, resuming from Thursday 2nd January 2025.
In the mean time I have online classes available - if you'd like to do an online class please contact me directly.

Fundraiser total £1,135!!
The support for our fundraising for The Stroke Association was absolutely amazing, thank you so much. After selling raffle tickets at classes and then at our Christmas party we managed to raise a mind blowing £1,135!!
Thanks to your kind donations we had some awesome prizes up for grabs... at least 30 bottles (mix of spirits, prosecco, wines), chocolates, jewellery, scarves, beauty gifts, teddies and more.
I'd also like to say a special thank you to the following FitMixx ladies for their generous gift voucher donations: Maureen Brownlees, Vanessa Hammond, Michelle Oddy, Irene Richardson, Aram Uppal, Alison Wilson and Tracy Potter.

FitMixx Christmas Party 2024
The FitMixx Christmas party was on 23rd November and it was EPIC! We had everything going on! Sing a long bingo, a quiz, delicious buffet from The French Oven, a disco, glitter bar and a raffle. We partied non stop. Thanks everyone for coming, I'm buzzing with the amazing feedback and delighted you all enjoyed it.
Halloween 2024! (Beetlejuice theme)
Thanks so much to everyone who turned out on Halloween for our special theme classes at St Nicholas Church and St Aidan's Community Centre. We had some amazing fancy dress costumes, especially for this years theme which was Beetlejuice - well done to all of the fancy dress prizewinners! Hope you all enjoyed the spooky fun and routines.

1 YEAR CLUBBERCISE SPECIAL
We had an awesome time celebrating 1 year since I launched Clubbercise with a special class!!
We had energy shots, rainbow sweets, glow bracelets, a game where some of my clubbers won LED Flashing scrunchies and a special party style playlist!!

MEMORY WALK ZUMBA WARM UP
Great to represent Zumba and warm the crowd up for the Alzheimers Society Memory Walk at South Shields on 5th October 2024. Sun was shining and atmosphere was brilliant!
Strictly launch special!
Thanks everyone who came to our FAB-U-LOUS Strictly theme class to celebrate the launch of the new series.

Our Strictly Sweepstake was drawn live after the class - you can view the list on Facebook or just ask me at class and I'll let you know who you have.
DISCO BINGO: September social
WHAT A NIGHT! A group of us from classes had the best time at Disco Bingo at the end of September. We danced our socks off and a few of the ladies took home prizes too. So many laughs with a great group of ladies. The event raised over £1000 for the Gosforth Play Park.
Summer Sessions
We have had a lovely time doing outdoor Zumba in Gosforth Central Park during August. Thanks everyone for joining me for some 'al fresco' fun!

Please note PRE-BOOK/PAY class prices are as follows £5.50: Zumba Gold, Zumba and Strictly Dance.
£4.50: Clubbercise Combat + Tone.
Walk in prices are £6/£5 respectively.
I have a huge range of online classes up and running. Choose from: Zumba, Zumba Gold, Strictly Dance and Pulse. You can also try Body Tone and Beginners Body Tone, both of these classes are currently online only.
You get unlimited access in the week you pay for, so you can access your class at any time and as many times as you like!
FITMIXX THEMED EVENTS....
I first started running themed classes back in 2011 and since then it has become a trademark of FitMixx. Themed classes have included ABBA, Beyonce, Pride, Spice Girls, Carnival, Daddy Yankee, JLO & Shakira, Queens Jubilee...just to name a few! I also run annual Halloween and Christmas themed weeks. A newer addition are my themed social events which so far have included Roaring 20's Themed afternoon, Grease theme night and the Big Fat FitMixx Quiz of the Year.
